not bad
I felt like crap earlier. Not enough energy, it was super hard to walk home. Made a huge salad with mostly chinese cabbage + 2 boiled eggs + some ham + a tomato + cucumber, with diet thousand island dressing (it was the only diet dressing available!!) which got me energized again. (300kcal)
I bought more food today as well. Portioned things to bring to school, for my “office”. I have a packet of crispbreads there. And since there’s no fridge close by, I bought stuff that’s prepackaged and can be stored in room temperature. Among other jam, “liver pate” and “mackerel in tomato sauce” (some of these are typical Norwegian things). So I figured out I was going to try out the jam on crispbread while at home, since I didn’t know how it would work. Turned out it was nice, and since I bought both strawberry and raspberry jam, I needed to try both :P Raspberry was much better though, so I’ll only buy those later. Anyway, that got me 200kcal more.
Total today was 1300kcal. I don’t mind, because I was so much lower the previous days and I think my body was starting to complain - hence the fatigue earlier today. I also didn’t do any stepping exercise today, to recover my legs a bit. I did walk to school and back though, so I burned around 250 from that at least. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow before deciding anything else.
Plan is to stay away from the grocery store until Monday. I think I have all I need, especially since I have a lot of eggs, a box of ham, a lot of crispbreads and enough cream cheese for many of them. Also tuna, diet mayonnaise and onions. So I’ll be fine. Yeah, and also rolled oats and rice milk. I think I’ll be fine :) It’s good to stay away from the grocery store when it is the weekend :)
