ugh
I feel quite bad for all the food in my fridge right now. It’s all full fat food as well. Cream cheese with bacon (full fat), regular cheese (two kinds), ham (that one is good), other sausage thing, mayonnaise etc. I’m NOT going to eat that mayonnaise. But what should I do with it? It makes my stomach hurt to think they spent all that money on food that I will throw out. So I feel torn between ethics and “reality”..
Breakfast was wasa crispbreads with low fat cream cheese with ham. 33g of that one has the same calories as 20g of the bacon one. I guess I can eat that, just put less on the crispbreads. I don’t want to eat two crispbreads for more than 150kcal.
I also have bread rolls that they bought yesterday. Put some in the freezer to keep them fresh, and a couple got left on the counter but they’re still good. The problem with them is that I have no idea of the calorie content of them, so I’m afraid to eat them. I guess I can weigh them and count it as regular bread or something though. I think I’ll do that and bring them to school for lunch today.
Speaking of school, I need to leave now. I have a lecture 08:15, which is super early!
