surprisingly enough
I weighed 69.1kg this morning. Even with my increased intake yesterday. Didn’t eat anything else in the evening though, so I didn’t eat after 6 in the evening. All the other days I’ve eaten later, so that has to appear on the scale. Just the weight of the food etc.
Now I’ve eaten breakfast and maybe lunch. Or pre-lunch or something. Crispbreads today with raspberry jam. Found a jam that’s only 51kcal per 100g (with sweetener) so I’m going to eat that a lot. It’s a good way to curb sweet cravings really. Doing laundry now, and I’ve actually cleaned the windows here as well. It’s something I’ve never done in the three years I’ve been living here! Had to do it before my family visits on Monday. Did the bathroom yesterday. Still have a lot to do, but when the kitchen part is clean and tidy (will be this evening, it’s NOT right now) everything will be much better.
Need to change clothes now. The dryer is done in 15 min and after I’ve picked that up I need to go to school/UNI again.
