So..

I don’t know my exact calories for today, but I think it has to be less than 1400 at least, and maybe around 1300. Had quite a big portion of thai chicken soup with ginger and coconut milk and stuff. It was 350kcal with all the ingredients I added (coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, tomato) but I made it with this spice mix that had sugar as it’s first ingredient. With these 350kcal, I’m at 1200kcal. I just realized 20g of sugar = 77kcal, so it can’t be more than that at least. (added 20 gram mix). So I’ll say 1300 then.

Walked today. Haven’t done any stepping today either. Need to do some tomorrow. Then it’s “the biggest loser” and it’s easy to exercise while watching that show!

I feel good. I don’t feel too awful at this weight while I’m not bloated. The second I let myself go, I eat more than I should though - which means my stomach gets huge.

Used my new rain suit today. The pants are really a bit too tight, but it was the biggest size that was not sold out. And it was only 1/3 the original price! So I had to have it. Now I just have to get my ass a bit smaller so it’s not uncomfortable. I think it will be better after a few kilos, because I gain a lot on my ass.

So now I can walk to school every day, no matter what the weather! :D
