Burned 450kcal at the gym. Then walked home and probably burned another 50. I was so dead when I got home, as I’d been eating 400kcal before the gym. Felt nauseous and faint. So I had 1330kcal today, which is a bit over what I’d planned. But I did go to the gym today and spent half an hour on the elliptical. Burned 250kcal. Which is not that much, but my shoes were killing me. My feet (especially one of them) got completely numb, and it was really uncomfortable 20 of the 30 min..
